At WE SELL BUSINE$$ES, you will find a community of people using the site as a tool to make connections and to find agents, buyers, sellers and tenants to fulfill their every need. In order to facilitate your quest of your special property, agent, buyer, or tenant, we have developed a number of powerful features which will allow you to narrow your search so that you are able to find exactly what you are looking for. On various occasions, we will also be adding add new features to make your time on the WE SELL BUSINE$$ES website a successful and profitable experience.
Does WE SELL BUSINE$$ES offer free memberships?
WE SELL BUSINE$$ES offers several membership packages, with our Silver Membership plan being the least expensive at just $19.95 per month--or just 67¢ a day. We do not offer free memberships because they pose major issues in managing the site by allowing one time, non-professional visitors to post listings that may not be authentic or properly maintained. Even if the listing is valid, the people posting free listings may never return to the site to maintain the listing, which—as our competitors have learned--can result in thousands of invalid listings being posted on a website. This can cause our paying members to sort through hundreds or even thousands of inactive or “dead” listings before they find the listings they are searching for. Because people involved with the commercial real estate community are engaging in big money transactions ranging from several thousand to multi-millions of dollars, we feel that it is not unreasonable to charge as little as $19.95 per month to post a listing on our website. This helps to maintain the integrity of our website by insuring that only those who are serious about their purpose for joining WE SELL BUSINE$$ES are able to post listings on our website.

How do I know the listings on this site are valid?
At WE SELL BUSINE$$ES, we take a number of measures to insure that all of the listings our members post on the site are valid. First, all members must abide by our Terms & Conditions , wherein they agree to post only accurate and timely listing information at the time they join our website. Second, we discourage invalid listings by allowing only paying members to post listings on our website. Websites offering “free memberships” allow people that are not serious agents, buyers, owners, or tenants to post listings for any reason whatsoever, perhaps on a whim after encountering the site while surfing the Internet. Next, we further insure the validity of our listings by requiring that each new member provide detailed contact information, including a valid e-mail address, phone number, and credit card number to which they will be charged a membership fee every month. Thus, although we cannot guarantee the validity of every listing on our website, we do feel safe in assuming that our members will not let monthly membership fees continue to be charged to their credit card if they are not using the service, which should automatically eliminate most, if not all, invalid listings. Finally, every listing contains a feedback link directly to our Customer Service Department so that you can notify us immediately if you feel that another member has posted an invalid listing. If you feel that you have identified an invalid listing, please let our Customer Service Department know right away.
What is the difference between entering as a guest and entering as a member?
WE SELL BUSINE$$ES offers guests the opportunity to tour the site in order to learn about its functionality and whether or not they think they would benefit by becoming a member. Guests may enter the site, browse the listings, read articles and other content, and even watch the action going on in chat rooms, but they are unable to post a listing or profile, participate in chat, or use the many features available on the site. All paid members are able to post listings, participate in chat, and use all the other features available to their level of membership. Why are my computer and/or browser giving me errors when I am using your site?
WE SELL BUSINE$$ES is generally compatible with all Java browsers versions 4.0 and higher. Please make sure that you have updated your browser to the latest available version in order to have an error free navigation experience.
Does WE SELL BUSINE$$ES work with WebTV?
WE SELL BUSINE$$ES is only compatible with Java browsers and therefore will not work with Web TV because it is not Java supported.
